Background
Since 1990, our firm has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting to more in-depth services such as entity selection and in-house CFO services.

Our mission is to help clients maintain financial viability in the present while taking a proactive approach to achieve future goals. This requires open communication to reach an understanding of our clients' needs, thorough research, and sound analysis. Michael J. Dobrowski, CPA, LLC is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Michael Dobrowski is a shareholder who has been with our firm since 1990. He has built up significant experience in small business and individual planning and tax compliance. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wyoming, and has recently become a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
A graduate of the University of Wyoming and native Nevadan, Mike has spent the last 18 years practicing accounting in Nevada. He started with a small local accounting firm, and later became Finance Manager for a local credit union. He then spent several years as Accounting Manager for Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center, before joining his father with Management Services.
Mike has been married for over 15 years, and has 2 children. He regularly volunteers for charity fund raisers, and is a volunteer youth sports coach.
The firm is fully accredited and adheres to all state and federal regulations.

A practicing CPA since 1987. She has extensive experience in the tax and accounting arena, specializing in small companies. Marlene provides in depth QuickBooks assistance as well as personal “coaching” to growing businesses. She graduated from Loma Linda University in Riverside California. She is a licensed CPA through the State of California.

Linda joined Michael J. Dobrowski, CPA, LLC in 2005. Linda’s attention to individual and small business planning needs makes her a strong asset in our commitment of bringing high value to all of our clients. Her primary emphasis includes providing in-depth financial analysis, budgeting assistance and helping our clients achieve financial freedom.

Pam Dobrowski, Chief Procurement Officer
Pam Dobrowski is a shareholder who has been with our firm since 1991. Her emphasis on details and extensive creative input has shaped the Firm for success in the future.
